Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily inspection of site work regarding safety, health and environment issues

  • Ensure the site operations comply with the safety standards and requirements;

  • Control safety standard by monitoring work behaviour of direct labour and subcontractors

  • Assist in conducting accident investigation and preparing analysis reports;

  • Preparation of documents related to safety measurements

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above

  • Holder of Certificate of Construction Safety Supervisor issued by CIC, OSHC or equivalent -- (43 teaching hours course)

  • Knowledge in safety/environmental related ordinances/regulations

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation & Budgeting, prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities.

  • Prepare interim payment, variation measurement and submission, follow up variation assessment and assist in the settlement of final account.

  • Develop and monitor project budgets to align with contract and scope.

  • Handle all the contractual related issues

  • Communicate with internal and external parties regarding contractual issues

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Quantity Surveying

  • Minimum 3 years of quantity surveying experience.

  • Well organized, with initiative and good communication skills

  • Able to work under tight schedule and pressure

  • Proficient PC application (e.g. MS Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Facade Designer (Engineering / Construction)

Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed façade drawings, plans, elevations, sections and details for tender, fabrication and installation.jobs.

· Convert design concepts, sketches and specifications into clear CAD drawings and design intent documents.

· Coordinate façade layouts with architectural and structural drawings, and resolve interface / buildability issues

· Revise drawings according to design development, client / consultant comments and site conditions.

· Ensure façade designs and details comply with relevant regulations, codes and project specifications.

· Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, factories and site teams throughout design, fabrication and installation stages.

· Maintain accuracy, consistency and proper document control of all façade drawings and design records.

Requirements

· 4–5 years’ relevant experience in façade design / drafting or curtain wall / cladding projects in Hong Kong or the region.

· Diploma / Degree in architectural studies, engineering, building studies or related discipline (or equivalent).

· Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience in façade‑related software (e.g. Revit / 3D tools) will be an advantage.

· Strong technical drawing and detailing skills, with solid understanding of façade systems, materials and fixings preferred.

· Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings and specifications.

· Good communication skills in Chinese and English, with strong teamwork and coordination abilities.

· Knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations, codes and façade industry standards is a definite advantage.

Draftsman (Engineering / Construction)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, blueprints and shop drawings for fabrication and installation.

  • Convert sketches, design concepts and  specifications into clear CAD drawings.

  • Revise drawings according to comments, design changes and site conditions

  • Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building regulations, codes and company standards

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, site staff, factories and other team members to resolve drawing and  detailing issues.

  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, proper filing and version control of all drawings.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ relevant experience in drafting for building / construction projects.

  • Certificate / Diploma in architectural or engineering drafting, building studies or related discipline (or equivalent).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with other CAD / 3D software will be an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills, able to read and interpret architectural / engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Good communication skills in Chinese and basic English, with a cooperative team spirit.

  • Knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations or industry standards (e.g. BD / ArchSD / relevant codes) is an advantage.
