Holder of Certificate or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Building Study
At least 3 years related working experience
Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
Good command of written and communication skills in both English and Chinese
Candidate has less experience or no experience may consider as Assistant Project Engineer or Project Trainee.

Site Supervisor
Responsibilities
Monitoring site work progress
Supervising of quality of works
Attend regular site meetings and organize work
Responsible for the coordination with subcontractors and labour on all matters of Site inspection and progress monitoring
Take part in the day-to-day site activities and construction management including planning & scheduling of works to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our construction projects
Requirements
Diploma / Cert. holder in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building Study
2 to 3 years related experience
ACAD knowledge are preferable
Holder with TCP T1 qualification is an advantage
Holder of Safety Green Card is required
Immediate available is preferred

Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Degree holder in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 1 years of quantity surveying experience in residential and commercial building projects
Responsible for contract administration including tender document review and tender analysis etc. for Audit Department; verification of payments and final accounts; controlling and reviewing budget, progress and quality of construction projects
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Hand-on PC application skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
